At Algidi FZ-LLC ("Algidi", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to
protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect,
use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our
websites, mobile applications, and other online services
(collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree with the terms, please do not use our Services.
We may collect the following categories of information:
Personal Information: Name, email, phone number,
gender, date of birth, physical characteristics (e.g., height, weight,
BMI), fitness level, location, and billing/payment details when
required.
Device and Usage Information: IP address, device ID,
browser type, operating system, referral URLs, and usage patterns
(e.g., pages viewed, session length).
Location Data: With your permission, we may collect
and use your location data to provide features or personalized
content.
Health and Wellness Data: If applicable, you may
choose to sync data such as workouts, steps, heart rate, or nutrition
information. We treat this data with enhanced privacy protection.
Face Images / Camera Data: When you use features that
require the camera, the app may capture face images. These images are
used only for analysis of facial muscles and to provide personalized
recommendations. The camera is used solely to detect the presence and
position of a face within the frame to assist with photo capture. No
facial recognition, identification, or biometric templates are created
at any time.
On-device processing: Initial face detection (detecting the
presence and position of a face in the camera frame) is performed
entirely on your device using Apple Vision framework (iOS) or
Google ML Kit (Android). This data does not leave your device and
is not transmitted to any server.
Server-side analysis: When you take a photo for analysis,
the captured image is transmitted securely to the OpenAI API
(ChatGPT) and processed only transiently. It is discarded
immediately after analysis and is not stored permanently on our
servers. OpenAI's use of the data is subject to their own
privacy policy and terms of service.
Face Data restrictions: We do not use Face Data for
authentication, advertising, marketing purposes, or to otherwise
target users. We do not use Face Data to build user profiles or to
identify anonymous users. We do not transfer, share, sell, or
otherwise provide Face Data to advertising platforms, analytics
providers, data brokers, information resellers, or other such
parties. Face Data may not be shared or transferred off the user's
device unless you have given clear and conspicuous consent for a
specific feature of the Application.
Social Login Data: When you log in using social media
platforms, we may collect profile data as permitted by the
platform.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and
similar technologies to enhance user experience, monitor usage, and
for analytics and advertising purposes. You may adjust your browser or
device settings to disable cookies.
You will be asked for explicit consent before the app can access your
camera. You may revoke this consent at any time in your device
settings.
We may use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- Personalize your experience and deliver custom content

Face images are used exclusively to analyze facial movement and
provide recommendations. The analysis is performed through the OpenAI
API. The data is transmitted securely and used only for processing
your request, then discarded. We do not retain or reuse this data for
any other purpose.
We will not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with
trusted third-party partners only as necessary for business operations
(e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing).
Where required by law, we process your personal data based on:

- Our legitimate interest in improving Services and protecting

We retain personal data as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide Services. You may request deletion at any time, although certain data may be retained as required by law. Face images are retained only temporarily during processing and are discarded immediately after analysis.

- Object to processing or request restriction

You may revoke camera access at any time in your device settings.
Without camera access, face image features will be disabled.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage over the internet is completely secure.
In the event of a data breach in which user data collected from our Applications is compromised, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law. This may include notification via email or in-app notification.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information from our records.
We may use third-party services for analytics, attribution,
subscription management, and content processing. These services may
receive limited data necessary to perform their functions. We require
our service providers to protect your data and use it only for the
purposes we specify.
Face images submitted for analysis are processed by the OpenAI API.
The data is transmitted securely, used only for processing your

On-device face detection is performed locally using platform-native
frameworks. No face detection data is sent to any external
server.
Our Services may also contain links to other third-party services. We
are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
Your information may be transferred and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.
We may send you marketing communications. You can opt-out by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by contacting us directly. Please note that transactional or essential service-related communications will still be sent, even if you opt out of marketing emails.
